| This painting transcends the pain and horror felt by the Armenians. It portrays the executionor whose head gets chopped off after he beheads innocent Armenians. Notice, he is the only one whose eyes are showing. This further shows that he is cautious of his actions and that he cant believe what he has done. He is left with only a body and no brain! |
